Refilm continued

During the last scenes, YES giggling did occur. so we fell into the night time where it started to rain fairly badley, a great quote from tonight was from a one 'andrew chappel' who said...'Gurleen im cold...can i hug you' Bless his little cots! (gurleen decided to tag along, as he was staying at the unsworth house hold for an allnighter of fifa by the looks of it)

The rain worked treats for us as it make it seem like a sinister scene for the mise en scene, like something bad was going to happen. Even though it was filmed at night since there were many lights in the alley it worked a treat as it mate Mr marley look more sinister than ever. And when filming close ups of the detectives, the rain dropping on their coats made a great effect for the HD camera!

We have now finished our second draft and have borrowed a mac from the school to get the editing done pronto!

The refilm of 2nd draft

Today we refilmed most of the 2nd draft, we did some classy shots rather than our first draft which literally all scenes were pretty much the same. We also filmed in HD for our second draft rather than 'D.I' which made a huge difference in the quality, and were able to do much more with the effects such as manual focus, night vision, a better zoom and what not. Technology these days eh!

It started off at the long walk, where we tested with different shots such as high angle, point of view etc. But this came with a penalty...The giggles came and never went! it took a good 6 hours or filming, of constant recharging of the camera and what not to film a good 3 scenes, which is fairly fairly poor, but hey, we have a great time, which was funny most of it.

More to come from Take One Productions!
